Healing Through Touch
I deeply believe in the innate healing potential of the human body and my goal is to ensure that you recognize that your body is always working on your behalf to the best of it's abilities. We all need a little help getting unstuck or mobilizing tissue to feel our best. I encourage all my clients to take a more natural approach to healing and believe that many of the issues in our lives show up in the tissues of our bodies. When you get on the table with me, I'll always do my best to offer exactly what you need in the moment. I have spent years learning a variety of modalities so that I am able to provide a range of services that work on body, mind and spirit. Some techniques are very gentle while others can be painful. What I can ensure is that I will always listen to your needs and respect your boundaries and ensure that you consent to the treatment plan we've determined will work the best for your goals.
